Salesforce Fact #279 | Simple Web to Case form using screen flow

Suppose we would like to create a simple Web to Case form. We can create a screen flow to achieve this. The user would also be able to upload any supporting document and the document would be saved as a related attachment of the case.

    Can we use this flow to external site to fetch the cases in salesforce like web to lead?

      For web to lead, you can create a similar flow for leads and see if it works after adding to any community page.

Salesforce Fact #457 | Get current user role name in flow

In apex, in order to get the current user role name we need to query the UserRole object. We cannot get it directly using UserInfo object since it has only one method related to role i.e  getUserRoleId(). Using this Id returned we can get the data from UserRole object. But that is not that complex in flow. In case of flow, we can directly get the current user role name using the syntax: {!$UserRole.Name}. Attached are the screenshots.
