Salesforce Fact #562 | File sharing restriction

There is an option in ContentVersion object to restrict the sharing and unsharing of files. A picklist field named 'Prevent others from sharing and unsharing' can be set to impose the restriction. The picklist has two values: Freeze Sharing Off, Freeze Sharing On.

If Freeze Sharing On is selected, the file once shared with some users or groups, they cannot share or unshare it further. However, frozen files can still be shared by system admins and file owners, if they have collaborator access to the file.

Salesforce Fact #457 | Get current user role name in flow

In apex, in order to get the current user role name we need to query the UserRole object. We cannot get it directly using UserInfo object since it has only one method related to role i.e  getUserRoleId(). Using this Id returned we can get the data from UserRole object. But that is not that complex in flow. In case of flow, we can directly get the current user role name using the syntax: {!$UserRole.Name}. Attached are the screenshots.
